  2. Take a large bowl and whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, sour cream and milk. Whisk until no lumps are left.
  4. Add grated carrots to the wet ingredients and whisk well.

  1. Boil puree for about 15 minutes on low-medium heat until its texture is thicker.
  2. Remove from heat and put in the freezer to let it cool.
  3. Beat the butter in a bowl, and then add the sugar and beat more.
  4. Now add 2-3 teaspoons of cold raspberry sauce with a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix until the frosting is at the desired consistency, or add a little cream if needed.
